No matter how high tech the medicine research has gotten these days, I will never be happy taking pills. Why? Because I strongly believe that most of the sicknesses and discomforts we suffer from have a foundation in our inner self, and are a result of an imbalance of our system or soul.
Luckily, we are finding more ways to heal and sooth our stressed bodies with knowledge that has been centuries, or even millennia old – Tai Chi, Yoga, Reiki, acupuncture, and even Feng Shui are just some of them, all proven to have a big influence on our health and well being.
