Santa Cruz’ing

Santa Cruz’ing

I think I lost my heart.

When I sit alone at the roaming waters at that lone beach by Santa Cruz, watching the dolphins jump out of the waters at the horizon and listening to the overwhelming noise the waves produce when they crash on shore, all I can think of is how perfect life can be.

No other superficial sound, no annoying noises, only the fresh smell of water and sand and the warm sun is shining onto my skin. Nature is one of the most important factors to keep my head levelled, my thoughts clear and my body feels strong and relaxed.

There is this awesome little coffee shop I’ve been working out of for almost two weeks now. I’m starting to feel like a regular. Which is totally rad! Haha! A little routine has established which is like a refreshing long-lost friend that I missed for quite a while. After all, I wanted to get OUT of any routine, seize the day, life a life full of the new, exciting and unexpected. But here, in this little piece of heaven, i crave to belong. Feel home.

If I could stay at one place for the rest of the trip… it would be right here.
